ELTEX has released a new firmware version for ECSS-10 with enhanced functionality.
Version 3.14 provides ECSS-10 integration with «amoCRM» system. This will allow managing calls via a web browser and searching a contact by its number. An ECSS-10 convenient floating widget will help to answer and reject calls while working with CRM system.

The new version has a redesigned web interface for teleconference and intercom features management.
The IP PBX manufactured by ELTEX now supports such services as «Email2fax», «Second handset» and others. It also provides an evaluation system for call center agents.
