Eltex presents a new ECSS-10 Softswitch release. Version 3.9
17 January 2018We offer you a new version of ECSS-10, 3.9, with added features. We added one of the main feature improving security of your PBX - geographical redundancy. In case of a failure of one of the hardware-software complex ECSS-10, the system continues working through another hardware complex with installed and synchronized virtual PBX.
Other improvements and new features are the followings:
- Support for call back in a call-center queue
- Conference call management in an operator web workstation
- Flexible reports in a call-center supervisor web workstation
- Support for network services via QSIG trunk
- Advanced performance
- Improved stability
- Updated IVR interface with extended functionality
- BLF/Presence - access control
- Teleconference - extended rights for conference pattern management.
- Support for Cisco phones' features (CallerID/DisplayName, Conf, time synchronization)
Eltex engineers are working now on the next version development. The 3.10 version is planned to be released in March 2018.
