Eltex is finishing development of a new Gigabit access switch with 10G uplinks - MES2324B

Enterprise Eltex is finalizing a new Gigabit Switch L2 + MES2324B with 10G uplinks.

MES2324B access switch - managed switch level L2 +, which has a 24-port 10/100 / 1000Base-T (RJ-45) and 4 ports of 10G Base-X (SFP +) / 1000Base-X (SFP). It provides end-users connection to the networks of large enterprises, small and medium companies and to networks of telecommunications operator via Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.

New services require ever-increasing speeds, so we have developed a L2+ switch with 10G interfaces.

The functionality of the switches provide physical stacking (up to 8 units in a stack), support of VLAN, the multicast group and advanced security features.

MES2324B equipped with processor, which ensures high performance of the device (128 Gbit/s).

The switch has a connector for a battery with a charge and monitoring ability.

This model will be available for testing in April 2016.
