"Sviaz-2016" exhibition results

Eltex Enterprise, leading Russian developer and manufacturer of telecommunication equipment took part in 28 International Exhibition of Telecommunication equipment, management systems, information technology and communication services -“Sviaz-2016”, that was held in Moscow Expocenter from 10 to 13 May 2016.

“Sviaz” Exhibition is one of the significant events for world of telecommunications and communication networks. It is ideal platform where leading companies presents their new solutions and developments. In this year, special attention was concentrated by participants on the Russian manufacturer expositions as part of beginning the import phase-out program.

In the “Svyaz-2016” Exhibition, Eltex Company presented a wide spectrum of the high-technology solutions for building the data transmission systems: GPON equipment, Ethernet access and aggregation switches, switches for data processing center, service router, Wi-Fi equipment, 4 and 5 class Softswitch, VoIP equipment and IPTV media centers.

“On results of year, “Eltex” has increased equipment supply more than double in quantitative terms. It confirms relevance of our products on the Russian and foreign markets. Special interest of government agencies was attracted by complex solutions for networking.”- Nikita Gricenko, Issue manager of broadband access direction, commented.

Also Eltex Company presented new line of equipment: ONT NTU-1 subscriber terminals – budget solution for communication service providers and dual-band subscriber router supporting 802.11ac standards and running simultaneously in two ranges: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. New access switches such as access switches with 10G uplinks, L3 high-performance switches, and optical access and aggregation switches were available. RG-5421G-W and RG-34-Wac new subscriber routers supporting of dual-band Wi-Fi and WEP-2ac and WOP-2ac budget lines of high-quality access points were available too.

“Visitors at the booth and Eltex partners, during the discussed program of import phase-out, actively concerned themselves with product lines of Ethernet switches and service routers. Our clients are looking for domestic equipment which allows them to substitute long-standing equipment used on the networks and produced by western vendors. Intensive work was conducted at the Eltex Company’s stand throughout the exhibition.  The exhibition promoted the emergency of new partners and many companies decided to test the equipment.
