Final stage of the second Eltex facility construction

The second enterprise facility will be brought into operation this autumn.

At the moment finishing works of the 1-4 floors and the building face are completed, landscaping work has been carried out – asphalt covering has been spread and the surrounding area has been greened up.

The finishing works of the fifth floor, recreation spaces and lobby, the boiler house adjusting and launching works, turning on the heating and air-conditioning as well as the erection of a passage between the buildings are continuing.

Within a few weeks, it is planned to complete the ongoing construction work, to obtain the relevant documentation and to commission the building.
