ELTEX is developing low-cost access switches for carriers

MES1428 and MES2428 Ethernet access switches enable the construction of reliable full featured networks at a reasonable price.

The switches provide connection of end users to small and medium-sized enterprise networks as well as to carrier networks via Fast and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.

The devices support virtual local networks, multicast groups and have an extended security function set.

Advanced L2 functions

Multicast support (IGMP Snooping, MVR)

Advanced security functions (L2-L4 ACL, IP Source Guard, Dynamic ARP Inspection and others)

Uninterrupted power supply from a battery (for MES1428B and MES2428B models)

Passive cooling

The launch of MES1428 and MES2428 batch production is scheduled for the 1^st quarter of 2019.
