New NTU-RG-5720L subscriber terminal is designed for Wi-Fi 7

For telecom operators seeking to offer their subscribers higher speeds and more stable connections, Eltex is launching new NTU-RG-5720L subscriber terminal. The device is designed for providers developing PON networks and delivering modern services.

The key feature of the NTU-RG-5720L is support for Wi-Fi 7 standard, with a total data transfer rate of up to 3,600 Mbps. The implementation of 2×2 MU-MIMO enables simultaneous operation with multiple client devices and efficient traffic distribution. This reduces latency and improves connection stability in high-density environments.

Wi-Fi 7 standard also includes Multi-Link Operation (MLO) and Preamble Puncture technologies, which allow the device to flexibly utilize available frequency bands, increase throughput, improve connection stability, and reduce latency.

The terminal is equipped with a built-in router featuring 4 1G LAN ports, allowing up to four devices to be connected via cable. This is essential for scenarios where minimal signal loss is critical.

NTU-RG-5720L can be used by telecom operators as subscriber equipment to address their own needs: from including it in rate plans to distributing it to customers as part of service activation.
