Protection under the dome: our ip camera lineup expands with the new anti-vandal model SV-BA331-E4C

In the beginning of 2025, we introduced the first models of our own IP cameras, which immediately went into mass production. Following the release of these devices, we implemented them at our own facility, detailing the process in a dedicated case study.

The next step in the development of this direction was the development of the SV-BA331-E4C camera. This is a new model in an anti-vandal design. The device is currently being prepared for pre-production release.

The SV-BA331-E4C camera features a durable dome housing with IK10 anti-vandal protection and an IP67 dust and moisture protection rating, making it highly resistant to impacts and weather effects. The 1/2.7” CMOS sensor provides a resolution of 4 MP (2560×1440) and a wide viewing angle of 112.8°. The IR illumination allows for recording in complete darkness at a distance of up to 40 meters.

The camera supports PoE power supply, is equipped with a built-in microphone, and features a slot for a microSD card with a capacity of up to 256 GB. Additionally, it includes an alarm input/output, as well as the ability to connect an external microphone and speaker via external audio input/output interfaces.

Like the flagship models, the new product supports the ONVIF (Profile S, T) protocol, which ensures its compatibility with equipment and software from third-party vendors.

Video surveillance is a new development direction at Eltex, which has already grown into an extensive fleet of devices and our own software: the intellectual video analytics and access control platform EVI. We detailed how the entire system functions in the solution.
