Firmware version: 1.4.0

Added
- Added support for the basic functionality of UEP5-6;
- The master for initial device configuration has been added;
- Added date, time, time zone, and NTP server settings pages on the display;
- Added rotation of the battery test log;
- Added the display of the current IP address in the "Set IP" menu on the display.
Fixed
- Redesigned the power module monitoring page in the Web-interface;
- Fixed errors in the text and localization of the English-language Web-interface;
- Fixed system log overflow, in which new events stopped being recorded.
