Elph corporate messenger – a step to workplace digitalization

In February, we're releasing Elph, a corporate messenger with voice support. This solution is designed for companies and government organizations demanding a convenient internal communications app, as well as for customers already using SMG series IP PBXs who are interested in expanding their office telephony capabilities.
Elph, a new Eltex messenger, helps companies move from traditional telephony to modern business communications. It allows employees to communicate with external partners through a single mobile client, without complicating infrastructure.
SMG – foundation of office telephony
SMG hardware IP PBXs are telephone stations designed for building corporate telephone networks. They provide:
- interconnecting remote offices while retaining local numbers;
- free internal calls;
- recording and storing conversations;
- stable operation of corporate telephony within a distributed infrastructure.
From telephony to Elph digital workplace
Modern corporate clients are increasingly turning to new communication technologies, preferring them to traditional telephone lines. They are interested in efficient and flexible communication tools that can be used outside the office.
The Elph messenger has evolved as an effective solution to these demands. It integrates with existing VoIP infrastructure via SMG and offers a number of advantages:
- integrates voice calls and chats into a single environment;
- provides seamless login through the company's existing infrastructure (SSO, LDAP, and Active Directory);
- offers free communication outside the workplace;
- expands traditional telephony scenarios with mobile and desktop clients.

Elph is available for use as a desktop version (including for Linux and Astra Linux), as well as an application for iOS and Android.
