Softswitch ECSS-10

Users of the ECSS-10 system have access to a wide range of value added services (VAS). The client can choose a convenient set of functions based on their business needs: Basic (BAS), Basic+ (BAS+) and Advanced (ADV) packages.

ECSS AutoProvision (AuP) is an automatic configuration system designed to configure parameters and update software for subscriber IP phones and Elph UC applications. It is an autonomous component of the ECSS-10 IP PBX.

Compatible with IP phones from Eltex, Yealink, Cisco and other vendors.

The system is managed via a web interface. Administrators can use built-in configuration templates and create their own using a visual editor.

Elph Unified Communications based on ECSS-10 combines corporate communications tools:

• audio/video calls
• conferences
• messaging and file exchange

Mobile and Desktop client application:

• Mobile application for Android and iOS provides access to the corporate VoIP network via Wi-Fi and mobile Internet, even if the employee is outside the office. More about Elph Mobile

The Call center based on ECSS-10 provides servicing the flow of external calls. Features:
