Eltex has launched the serial production of the WEP-3ax access point that supports the modern Wi-Fi 6 standard.  

Wi-Fi 6 — next-generation wireless network

According to the Digital 2020 report, the average person today spends 6 hours 43 minutes online. From the comfort of their own homes, people participate in business meetings and conferences, receive training, communicate with loved ones, and "visit" exhibitions and concerts. Life is so centered on the Internet that the availability of a wireless network influences your choice of café, mall or hotel. That's why stable Wi-Fi has become the basis for B2C.

Furthermore, many companies are using cloud services to store data and are incorporating digital technology into production. And due to travel restrictions support the trend of organizing remote workplaces and remote meetings with colleagues from other cities. This created the need for a new quality of communication, which would ensure the smooth operation of all gadgets and high-speed data transfer. Thus, to meet their needs, the 802.11ax or Wi-Fi 6 standard appeared.

Why do you need an access point?

Why WEP-3ax?

The WEP-3ax access point complies with Wi-Fi 6 standard. This means that this device:

1. Providing maximum throughput. MU-MIMO 2x2 antennas create the ability to communicate with a large number of devices and transmit data to multiple clients at once. This increases the speed of information transfer.
2. Maintaining the stability of the wireless connection. WEP-3ax is a dual-band access point: it independently selects which frequency connection is better to use. When the 5 GHz network signal is weak, it switches the client to the 2.4 GHz band, and vice versa. Therefore, up to 100 users can connect to the device, which ensures communication stability at events with a high customer density.
3.  Increasing data processing speed. As a result, corporate wireless gadgets, IP telephony, video conferencing systems, and surveillance cameras will be able to work together without delay or interference

5. Ensuring reliable data protection. WEP-3ax uses WPA3 (Wi-Fi Protected Access) encryption. This security protocol reliably protects corporate information and personal data of employees that are transmitted over wireless channels. The new SAE method it uses creates keys to identify "own" users using cryptography. Hence, intruders will not be able to predict passwords to connect.
