Serial production of Eltex VoIP gateway TAU-8N.IP
7 July 2022 Eltex has updated its range of VoIP subscriber gateways with TAU-8N.IP. At the end of March pre-series production of TAU-8N.IP was reported. Customers wishing to receive pre-production samples tested its functionality and reliability. After successfully passing the field tests, Eltex has launched TAU-8N.IP into serial production.The device is now available to order. TAU-8N.IP is an enterprise VoIP subscriber gateway. It inherited the functionality of the previous TAU-8.IP model but received the MGMT configuration port for quick setup. The device helps to connect analogue telephone equipment to the local VoIP network and merge it with geographically remote VoIP networks thanks to the IP PBX functions.
